Booking & cancellation
Short stays (1–29 nights)
Full payment due at booking on reservations of 29 nights or less. Reservations are refundable if canceled 7 days prior to arrival. No partial refunds if stay is shortened.
Extended stays (30+ nights)
Initial payment of 3 nights is required for extended stays of 30+ nights, refundable if canceled 14+ days prior to check-in. Balance of first month's payment due 14 days before arrival. First 30 nights non-refundable; however, if 14 days' notice is provided, paid nights not spent are refundable (subject to min. 30 nights).
